Asante Heimann Cancer Center

Asante Heimann Cancer Center

The 80,160-square-foot Mary and Dick Heimann Cancer Center is the most advanced facility for cancer treatment in the region. Located on the campus of Asante Rogue Regional Medical Center, the Heimann Cancer Center is a department of the hospital that offers advanced imaging, laboratory services, pharmacy, and expanded support services, greatly increasing the ease and access of cancer care for patients in Southern Oregon.

Medical Eye Center

Medical Eye Center’s building combines an elegant, relaxing patient environment with the most sophisticated eye care technology available. A host of modern treatments bring hope to nearly everyone who needs help with their vision. PEC was involved in every aspect of the electrical design, including lighting, telephone, data cabling, and limited energy systems.

Rogue Regional Medical Center

Rogue Regional Medical Center

As the region’s medical hub, the Asante flagship hospital provides care for more than a half-million people who live in Southern Oregon and Northern California. Asante rebuilt its historical site to add a seven story patient tower, along with a four story, 204,930 square foot parking structure and 28,200 square foot helipad. PEC installed the electrical systems for the new facilities and performed the associated site utility improvements.

Asante Outpatient Clinic

Asante Outpatient Clinic

90,000 square foot outpatient building located on the Three Rivers campus. The new facility houses imaging, lab services, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy and urgent care spaces as well as physician offices and a conference center. Recognized in 2015 by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) for its efficient use of energy, lighting, water, and material.

Three Rivers Medical Center

Three Rivers Medical Center

This is Asante’s full service hospital in Grants Pass. The 194,000 square foot, 3-story building includes facilities for outpatient and emergency services, six surgery units, a critical care center, family birth center, short-stay units, and in-patient rooms on the third floor. Pacific Electrical Contractors installed the following systems: life safety, critical care, equipment connections, cat scan, nuclear medicine, five x-ray rooms, nurse call, fire alarm, HVAC, low-voltage, audio-visual, telemetry, security, UPS, lighting, and power distribution. Also, a 7000 AMP 480v service with 1000kw and 500kw stand-by generators complete with load shed and four transfer switches.

Bay Area Hospital

Bay Area Hospital

This 109,000 SF, four-story addition to the existing Bay Area Hospital includes a new 12-bed Intensive Care Unit, 30-bed Acute Care Unit, and a shelled floor for future build out of another 30-bed Acute Care Unit. The project includes the addition of an outpatient Cardiopulmonary Rehab Clinic, a new Oncology Infusion Clinic, and a lobby and admitting space for the hospital. Upon completion of the new addition, a renovation phase followed in which the existing Intensive Care Area was renovated into a new Cardiac Cath Lab with supporting Pre-Op/Post-Op areas.
