Design
Our design services are absolutely “top notch.” With an experienced team that includes a licensed professional control systems engineer, supervising electricians, estimators and project managers, we can design everything you need — from a small telemetry system to an entire production facility. Working together with our in-house CAD department, we can also provide full documentation for you throughout the design and build processes — including updated drawings and Operation and Maintenance manuals.

Build
Once your custom process control system is designed, either by us or by a third party, we can begin to assemble the individual components and build the system. We specialize in systems integration and work with our suppliers and vendors to bring you the finest end product possible.

We have a complete panel shop where we build and label your custom control cabinet(s) with an ETL listing that is equivalent to UL 508A and conforms to the OSHA requirements for a Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratory (NRTL). During the building process, the final product is checked and tested to verify that it operates as it should. We require that all our products are factory tested and documented before leaving our assembly facility.

Installation
Our installation services are second to none. We employ more than 50 state-licensed journeyman electricians, making Pacific Electrical Contractors the largest electrical contractor in southern Oregon. With so many qualified electricians on staff, as well as a pool of more than 300 non-employee electricians to call upon, there is no job too large for us to complete within your required timeframe. We pride ourselves on the excellence of our workmanship.

Programming
Pacific Electrical Contractors also provides programming of your PLC, RTU, SCADA and HMI products. Our team is experienced in all of the major manufacturers’ products (i.e. Allen-Bradley, Modicon, GE, Siemens plus many more.) We offer turnkey applications to suit your needs, while working closely with you and your operators to provide the highest quality and most functional application possible.

Training
Our factory-trained personnel are available to train you and your employees directly on your specific application. If further training is required, we can assist you in a variety of ways, including: setting up training with a specific manufacturer; providing additional training at our facilities; or coming directly to you.

Ongoing Service
Once the project is finished, we are committed to an ongoing relationship with you. We are here to assist by answering questions or providing necessary modifications. We also offer calibration services as required to keep your process running at peak efficiency. In addition, we’re here 24/7 with on-call support to provide the information you need, when you need it.
