Pacific Electrical Contractors was instrumental in the design and installation of all electrical systems in the the new four-story expansion at the Rogue Valley Manor. The first floor functions as a full kitchen, main dining room and has a number of patient care rooms. The second floor includes a multi-purpose room and resident rooms. The third and fourth floors contain residential units and one club room on each floor. The four floors total almost 100,000 square feet. Another 14,000 square feet are on the ground floor which houses a physical therapy department, resident storage, kitchen pantry and building maintenance. A 3200 square foot basement at the east wing houses Human Resources and Security departments.
