EXPERIENCE

Many of the most complex commercial and industrial projects built in Oregon and beyond over the past 40 years feature essential electrical, communications, and energy management systems that are designed, installed, and maintained by Pacific Electrical Contractors.

Our team of estimators and project managers has worked together for more than 10 years. They know the territory. More importantly, our clients know them and the strengths and integrity they bring to every project.

Our field crews are licensed journeyman electricians; many hold electrical supervisory licenses. All are provided continuing education to keep them fully up to date on the latest building codes, theory, and installation methods.

We build and reward excellent skills through NJATC apprentice programs and give our people the training and tools they need to do the right job the right way for our clients.

We endorse and enforce rigorous safety and safety-training standards.

We're members of the National Electrical Contractors Association, the Association of General Contractors, and the National Association of Home Builders.


WARRANTY

We believe ethical conduct means providing our customers with full value for their investment in our services.

We warranty our work and all materials not covered specifically by manufacturer's warranties for a period of one full year from the date of completion, or when the customer obtains beneficial use of the installation.

All work we perform will fully meet and comply with recognized standards for neat and workmanlike installation.

The customer has a right to receive the quality and type of installation for which he has contracted. We will fully honor the specifications set forth in contract documents.

We support the adoption and enforcement of an adequate electrical code for the protection of building owners and occupants, and will comply fully with all provisions of locally adopted building codes.

It is our policy to meet our obligations for payment on invoices from our subcontractors and suppliers on time according to agreed-upon payment schedules.
